protein expression with overall survival To examine the impact of NUCB2 protein overexpression on the overall survival, we first performed univariate analysis of traditional clinicopathologic variables for prognosis. Significant variables in the overall survival analysis included NUCB2 expression (P < 0.001), PCa stage (P < 0.001), Gleason score (P < 0.001), Clostridium perfringens alpha toxin and preoperative PSA (P = 0.001).
